Over at SLJ's excellent Heavy Medal, Nina Lindsay and the Horn Book's own Jonathan Hunt are playing Siskel and Ebert with A Season of Gifts, a debate I predicted (or precipitated--my working theory about FlashForward) a couple of weeks ago.
So you've turned your cell phone off, have no crying baby (in this theater, at least, as there seems to be a signifcant one farther west), and will be a dutifully quiet movie goer?
I've been the editor in chief of The Horn Book, Inc, since 1996; previously editor of The Bulletin of the Center for Children's Books and a children's and young adult librarian. Received my M.A. in library science from the University of Chicago in 1982 and a B.A. from Pitzer College in 1978.

Oh, absolutely.
I think many could have predicted it, but you precipitated it by offering popcorn. I'm waiting.
